Description: Gilchrist & Company operates an AI-powered SMS leasing agent ("Megan") that assists prospective tenants with rental pre-qualification, property inquiries, showing scheduling, and application guidance for residential properties located in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and Central Texas. By texting our leasing number, you initiate a conversation with this automated agent.
You enroll in our SMS program by texting our leasing agent number at (469) 895-3846 or by submitting your phone number through a contact form on our website. By doing so, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your rental inquiry.
Message frequency varies based on the stage of your leasing inquiry. You may receive up to 10 messages per inquiry session. Once your inquiry is resolved, messages will stop unless you initiate a new inquiry.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received through this program. Gilchrist & Company does not charge any additional fees for SMS communication.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from our leasing agent. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Gilchrist & Company complies fully with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate in the rental of housing based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class.
Gilchrist & Company is not liable for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your wireless carrier, network conditions, or circumstances outside our control. Pre-qualification results communicated via SMS are preliminary and do not constitute a guarantee of tenancy.
